Developer tools
Rumoro finds new YouTube videos whose title or description names your product, competitors or topic twice a day, and sends the review, the tutorial and the comparison to Slack, a webhook or your AI agent before the comments fill up.
$5.80 of free credit · no card · no subscription
The full description, not the first lines, with every link written in it.
Each search re-reads the last seven days, so a video that reaches search late still arrives.
The channel behind each video and its subscriber count, so you know the reach.
A new keyword starts with the newest 10 videos from the last 30 days.
How it works
YouTube notifications and RSS feeds only follow channels you subscribe to. Rumoro follows your name on every channel. Create a keyword in the dashboard or through the API, and up to ten videos from the past month appear straight away.

q="Harbor" order=date publishedAfter=7 days agoEach search re-reads the last seven days, fetches the full description of every new video and scores it against how you describe your company.
Set a relevance bar per alert and choose which intents count, whether praise, a question, a comparison, a bug report, churn or buying intent. The video then goes to Slack, Telegram, email, a webhook or your agent.
Descriptions
Search shows only the first lines of a description. Creators name the tools they use further down, in chapters, sponsor lines and lists of links, and that's where Rumoro keeps reading.

Search or monitor
The Data API gives you search. Monitoring is everything around it, from the quota to the descriptions, and that is what Rumoro runs for you.
Quota from Google’s YouTube Data API documentation, updated September 2026.
What you get
Enough to know what the video is, who made it and where it links before you press play.
The title, the full description, the link and when it was published.
The channel's name and subscriber count, linked to the channel, with every other video it made about you.
Every link written in the description, so sponsored segments, affiliate links and tutorials that point to you are easy to find.
Comments, transcripts and what is only said in the video. Rumoro reads the title and description, and says so plainly.
Beyond alerts
See your share of the conversation, the channels having it and which links send viewers your way.
Track competitors next to yourself and see who YouTube talks about more, month by month.
Each channel that mentions you becomes a person with its subscribers, your tags and notes, and every video it made about you.
Every link in a description is kept. Filter by your domain to find sponsorships, affiliate links and tutorials you never heard about.
Automated channels and reupload farms are flagged, so one filter keeps them out of your alerts.
Learn which keywords surface real reviews and which mostly surface sailing trips and namesakes, with words to exclude suggested.
Rumoro checks each hour for a burst of new videos, a streak of critical ones, a keyword turning noisy or an alert channel that broke.
One daily or weekly round-up in Slack, Telegram or email, which suits videos that stay relevant for months.
Filter by sentiment, intent or channel, save the view for your team and download it as CSV.
MCP, API, SDKs and CLI
Rumoro's MCP server gives Claude, Cursor or Codex the new videos that name you, with the channel and its subscribers. Your agent summarises what each one says and drafts a comment for you.

}Coverage, alerts and cost
Enter your brand or product as a keyword. Twice a day, Rumoro looks for new uploads that name it in the title or anywhere in the description, rates each video for relevance, sentiment and intent, and forwards the worthwhile ones to Slack, Telegram, email, a webhook or your AI agent with the channel's subscriber count.
You can, within its limits. A project gets 100 searches a day by default, search results are regional and can show a new video days late, and each result carries only the start of its description. Polling, storing, deduplicating and alerting are then yours to build. Rumoro runs all of that for you.
Yes, the YouTube Data API costs nothing, but it is limited by quota. By default a project can run 100 searches a day, and more quota needs an application and a compliance audit from Google.
Put the name in quotes, the most useful of YouTube's search operators for an exact phrase, then open Filters to sort by upload date or show only videos from today or this week. That finds what's there when you look. Rumoro repeats the search twice a day and keeps only new videos whose title or description actually names you.
No. YouTube notifications cover uploads from channels you subscribe to and activity on your own channel and comments. A video on someone else's channel that names your product in its title or description sends you nothing. Rumoro looks for the name in every new video.
Not for a search. YouTube offers an RSS feed per channel, at youtube.com/feeds/videos.xml?channel_id= followed by the channel's ID, which tells you when that channel uploads. To follow a word across all channels you need a monitor such as Rumoro.
No. Rumoro reads the title and the full description of each video. A product named only in the comments, or only said aloud, won't arrive. Creators who review or sponsor a product nearly always name it, and link it, in the description.
Because YouTube's search shows only the start of each description, and creators often name the tools they use further down, in a list of links, a sponsor line or the chapters. Rumoro fetches the full description and stores every link in it.
Twice a day for each keyword. Each search re-reads the last seven days, because a new video can take days to show up in search results. If a day's search quota runs out, the search moves to the next day and no video is skipped.
Yes, up to a month back. A new keyword brings in the newest 10 videos from the last 30 days, which appear in the feed and the next digest instead of firing instant alerts.
Yes. Once Slack is connected, an alert rule sends each matching video to the channel you pick, showing the title, the YouTube channel and its subscribers, the AI relevance score, a short reason and buttons to watch it, mark it handled or mute that channel.
No. You don't connect a Google account, create a Data API key or spend your own quota. Nothing is posted or commented in your name.
No. You don't run a scraper or manage quota. Rumoro finds the videos that name you, reads their full descriptions and sends the ones that matter.
Rumoro's MCP server works as one. Many YouTube MCP servers fetch transcripts or search on request. Rumoro's gives Claude, Cursor, Codex or any MCP client the new videos that name you, already scored, next to every other platform.
You can start for free. New accounts get $5.80 of credit with no card, which pays for a first keyword for a month plus 100 matched videos. Afterwards you top up a balance and pay $5 a keyword a month and $0.008 per match.
$5 per keyword a month, charged by the day, plus $0.008 per matched video, with YouTube included next to every other platform the keyword listens on. There's no subscription, and the YouTube quota is Rumoro's to manage, not yours.
