Where we listen
A keyword covers all 12 platforms unless you narrow it down, and can bring in the reviews of your app store pages, Trustpilot page or Google listing. A new keyword also reads back recent posts where the platform allows it.

How billing works
Each workspace has one balance. Charges come off it once a day.
- 01
A balance you top up
Add between $20 and $5,000 by card, whenever you like. Credit doesn't expire, and nothing renews by itself.
- 02
Keywords by the day
A running keyword takes $0.17 a day, a thirtieth of $5. Pause or delete it and the next day is free.
- 03
Mentions as they arrive
Every matched post costs $0.008 once it's scored, whether it turns out relevant or not. A post found by two keywords counts twice.
- 04
A cap when you want one
Set a monthly limit on a keyword's mentions. Once it's reached, the keyword waits for the next month. It still costs its daily rate; pause it if you want that to stop as well.
- 05
Nothing lost at zero
If the balance can't cover tomorrow, Rumoro goes quiet instead of running up a debt. Your setup and history stay, and it picks up again after a top-up.
- 06
Every cent accounted for
Break the spend down by keyword, platform or day, in the dashboard or over the API. The figures come from the ledger your balance is built on.
What you don’t pay for
There are no plans to compare: whoever signs up gets the whole product.
Alerts
Posts sent to Slack, Telegram, email or a webhook as soon as they're scored, filtered by keyword, platform or intent.
Digests
A daily or weekly round-up in your inbox, Slack or Telegram.
AI scoring
Every mention gets a relevance score from 0 to 100, a sentiment and an intent, based on how you describe your company.
REST API
The whole product over HTTP, with an OpenAPI spec and a limit of 600 calls per minute for each workspace.
MCP server
55 tools, so Claude, Cursor, Codex or another MCP client can work with your mentions.
People
See who's talking: each author's reach, earlier mentions and your notes on them.
Analytics and exports
Trends, sentiment and share of voice, and any filtered view as a CSV file.

Do I need a card to start?
No. Every new account gets $5.80 of credit without a card, once per person. You only add a card when you top up.
What does the free credit cover?
A full month of one keyword and 100 mentions on top, with nothing locked. Two guards apply until you first top up: a keyword stops at 200 mentions in a month, and one that finds hardly anything relevant gets paused. That keeps the credit for posts that are really about you.
Do irrelevant mentions cost money too?
Yes. Every matched post costs $0.008, kept or not: finding and scoring it takes the same work either way. Your dashboard shows matched and relevant counts side by side, and a post that can't be scored costs nothing.
Is a post that matches two keywords charged twice?
Yes. Each keyword keeps and scores its own copy, so each is charged. When a keyword runs into a post it already has, nothing new is stored or billed.
How are reviews charged?
Each new review on a connected page costs $0.008. The first time a workspace connects a review page, the newest 100 reviews from the past 30 days are free.
Are the posts a new keyword reads back charged?
Yes. A new keyword starts by reading recent posts where the platform allows it, and those are billed as normal mentions. The sources list on this page shows how far back each one goes.
How do I keep a keyword's cost down?
Set a monthly mention cap, choose fewer platforms for it, or pause it. A cap stops collection at your number; pausing also stops the daily charge from the next day.
What if my balance reaches zero?
Rumoro pauses your keywords rather than letting the balance go negative. Keywords, mentions and alerts are kept, and listening resumes once you add funds.
Do alerts, API calls or extra users cost anything?
No. The only things that cost money are keywords, mentions and reviews. Delivery to Slack, Telegram, email or webhooks, every API or MCP request and every extra colleague come at no charge.
How do I pay, and is tax included?
With a card, on a checkout hosted by Polar, which sells on our behalf as merchant of record. Everything is priced in USD, and Polar works out and adds the tax for your country when you pay.
Can I get unused credit back?
Not as a rule: top-ups are only refunded where the law requires it. Your credit doesn't expire, though, so nothing is lost by waiting.
What if I need more than 500 keywords?
Email us. Beyond that size we agree volume prices, invoicing, faster checks and new sources together, over a shared Slack channel.
