Link any company’s Trustpilot page and Rumoro collects each new review once a day, with its stars, the verified badge and whether the company replied. The unhappy ones reach Slack, a webhook or your AI agent while there’s still time to answer.
$5.80 on us · no card · no subscription
Your own page or a rival's, and you never sign in to Trustpilot.
Each page is read daily, up to its 1,000 newest reviews.
Every review keeps its rating, the verified badge and the company's reply.
The most recent 100 reviews of the past month come in at no charge when you add a page.
How it works
Link a page from the dashboard, the API, the CLI or your agent. The past month arrives at once, and new reviews from the next day on.

quillstack.com → new reviews · once a dayNew reviews are collected once a day. Their stars set the sentiment, and each one is tagged as praise, a complaint, a pricing issue, a bug report or a question.
Alert rules pick reviews by stars, sentiment or intent and post them to Slack, Telegram, email, a webhook or your agent, the same day or as a digest.
For support and customer success
A one-star review with no reply stays on your page for every prospect to see. Rumoro sends the 1 and 2 star reviews the day they're collected, and the Reviews report counts the ones still waiting for an answer.
★★★★★ Setup took ten minutes and the export finally works
Praise · ask Ana for a quote★ Refund promised three weeks ago and still nothing
Complaint · reply today★★★ Solid tool, but the new plan limits caught us out
Pricing · send to product★★★★ Support answered within the hour on a Sunday
Praise · share with the teamTrustpilot alerts
Which page to link, what Rumoro reads and the alert your team gets. Pick one.
Check, build or monitor
You can read reviews on the page itself or pay for Trustpilot's APIs and build the rest. Here is what each leaves to you.
What you get
Enough to decide whether to answer before you open Trustpilot, and plainly where the limits are.
The stars, the title, the text, when it was written and the link to it on Trustpilot.
Their name, Trustpilot profile and picture, their country when shown and how many reviews they've written.
Trustpilot's verified badge, and the company's reply with its date, captured on the day the review was collected.
A page is read up to its 1,000 newest reviews a day, and a review Trustpilot removes later stays in your feed.
Rumoro follows other review sites the same way, including Google reviews of your locations, App Store reviews and Google Play reviews of your apps.
Beyond alerts
Follow your rating over time, see what unhappy reviewers have in common and keep an eye on your competitors' pages.
The rating sets the mood, with 1 and 2 stars negative, 3 neutral and 4 and 5 positive. Every review on a page you linked counts as relevant.
A rule can take only the 1 and 2 star reviews, or only the 5 star ones, and send them where your team will act on them.
Each review shows whether the company answered and what it said, so the unhappy ones nobody has handled stand out.
Average rating by day or week, the split by stars, replied and unanswered unhappy reviews and what they complain about, against the period before.
Link a competitor's page to its own keyword and compare the volume and the mood of their reviews with yours.
Each reviewer is kept with your tags and notes, so a happy customer becomes a reference and an unhappy one a follow-up.
One round-up of the week's reviews in Slack, Telegram or email, for pages where a day makes no difference.
Filter by stars, sentiment or intent, save the view and download it as CSV with a rating column.
MCP, API, SDKs and CLI
Rumoro's MCP server gives Claude, Cursor or Codex every new review with its stars and reply, plus the Reviews report. Your agent drafts answers to the unhappy ones for you to post.

}Coverage, alerts and cost
Add the Trustpilot page to one of your keywords and set up an alert rule for it. Rumoro reads the page once a day and posts the new reviews to Slack, Telegram, email or a webhook, all of them or only the star ratings you choose.
Yes. Any company's public page works, not only yours. Link a competitor's page to its own keyword to keep its reviews apart from yours and compare the two in the Reviews report.
No. Rumoro reads public review pages, so you don't connect a Trustpilot account, buy an API module or claim the page first.
Any of them. A link from trustpilot.com, uk.trustpilot.com or another country's site points to the same company page, which holds every review. Each review records the reviewer's country when Trustpilot shows it.
Once a day for each page, up to its 1,000 newest reviews that day. When several workspaces follow the same page, they share one read.
Nothing up front. The first 100 reviews from the month before you link a page are free. From then on you pay $0.008 per new review plus the usual $5 a month for the keyword.
Yes. Each review keeps the company's reply and its date, captured on the day the review was collected, so you can see at a glance which unhappy reviews still have no answer.
Yes. Alert rules, saved views, searches and exports all take a ratings filter, so a channel can receive only the unhappy reviews while a weekly digest covers the rest.
Two. The Business API is a paid add-on for Trustpilot for Business customers and covers their own reviews. The separate Data Solutions API reaches any company's reviews. Either way you still build the polling, storage and alerts. Rumoro reads public pages for you and needs neither.
Yes. The Reviews report counts the 1 and 2 star reviews without a reply, lists what unhappy reviewers complain about and shows the average rating against the period before. It's in the dashboard, the API, the CLI and the MCP server.
Rumoro keeps the copy it collected, so the review stays in your feed with the stars and text it had when it was read.
Yes. App Store, Google Play and Google reviews work the same way as Trustpilot. You link a page, get its recent reviews free, then every new one. Reddit, X, Hacker News and the other sources are searched for your keyword instead.
Yes. Rumoro's MCP server gives Claude, Cursor, Codex or any MCP client every review with its stars and reply, plus the Reviews report, so an agent can summarise the week and draft replies for you to post.
$5 per keyword a month, charged by the day, plus $0.008 for each new review after the free first 100. There's no subscription to cancel, and the first $5.80 is on us.
