Illustrative reviews

- **Any company**: Your own page or a rival's, and you never sign in to Trustpilot.
- **Once a day**: Each page is read daily, up to its 1,000 newest reviews.
- **Stars + reply**: Every review keeps its rating, the verified badge and the company's reply.
- **30 days free**: The most recent 100 reviews of the past month come in at no charge when you add a page.

How it works

## How Trustpilot monitoring works in Rumoro

Link a page from the dashboard, the API, the CLI or your agent. The past month arrives at once, and new reviews from the next day on.

`trustpilot.com/review/quillstack.com`

100 reviews · free

### Link a Trustpilot page

Link any company's Trustpilot page to a keyword, in the dashboard or through the API. Up to 100 recent reviews from the past month are added straight away, at no charge.

```
quillstack.com  →  new reviews · once a day
```

1. Mon
2. Tue
3. Wed
4. Thu

### Rumoro reads the page daily

New reviews are collected once a day. Their stars set the sentiment, and each one is tagged as praise, a complaint, a pricing issue, a bug report or a question.

- ★ Refund promised three weeks ago… **!**
- ★★★★★ Setup took ten minutes… **+**
- ★★★ The new plan limits caught us out… **$**

### The reviews that need you reach you

Alert rules pick reviews by stars, sentiment or intent and post them to Slack, Telegram, email, a webhook or your agent, the same day or as a digest.

For support and customer success

## Answer the unhappy reviews before the next customer reads them

A one-star review with no reply stays on your page for every prospect to see. Rumoro sends the 1 and 2 star reviews the day they're collected, and the Reviews report counts the ones still waiting for an answer.

- Complaints answered on Trustpilot while the reviewer still cares about the outcome
- Five-star reviewers asked for a quote or a case study while they’re happy
- Bug reports in reviews passed to the team that can fix them

1. Mon: ★★★★★ Setup took ten minutes and the export finally works
Praise · ask Ana for a quote
2. Tue: ★ Refund promised three weeks ago and still nothing
  Complaint · reply today
3. Thu: ★★★ Solid tool, but the new plan limits caught us out
  Pricing · send to product
4. Fri: ★★★★ Support answered within the hour on a Sunday
Praise · share with the team

Check, build or monitor

## Trustpilot's page, the Trustpilot API, or monitoring

You can read reviews on the page itself or pay for Trustpilot's APIs and build the rest. Here is what each leaves to you.

What you get

## What Rumoro keeps from each Trustpilot review

Enough to decide whether to answer before you open Trustpilot, and plainly where the limits are.

- **The review**: The stars, the title, the text, when it was written and the link to it on Trustpilot.
- **The reviewer**: Their name, Trustpilot profile and picture, their country when shown and how many reviews they've written.
- **Badge and reply**: Trustpilot's verified badge, and the company's reply with its date, captured on the day the review was collected.
- **Limits**: A page is read up to its 1,000 newest reviews a day, and a review Trustpilot removes later stays in your feed.

Rumoro follows other review sites the same way, including [Google reviews](https://rumoro.dev/google-reviews) of your locations, [App Store reviews](https://rumoro.dev/app-store) and [Google Play reviews](https://rumoro.dev/google-play) of your apps.

Beyond alerts

## Trustpilot review tracking beyond the alert

Follow your rating over time, see what unhappy reviewers have in common and keep an eye on your competitors' pages.

### Stars set the sentiment

The rating sets the mood, with 1 and 2 stars negative, 3 neutral and 4 and 5 positive. Every review on a page you linked counts as relevant.

### Rating-based alerts

A rule can take only the 1 and 2 star reviews, or only the 5 star ones, and send them where your team will act on them.

### Who answered, and what they said

Each review shows whether the company answered and what it said, so the unhappy ones nobody has handled stand out.

### The Reviews report

Average rating by day or week, the split by stars, replied and unanswered unhappy reviews and what they complain about, against the period before.

### Competitors side by side

Link a competitor's page to its own keyword and compare the volume and the mood of their reviews with yours.

### The people behind the reviews

Each reviewer is kept with your tags and notes, so a happy customer becomes a reference and an unhappy one a follow-up.

### A weekly review digest

One round-up of the week's reviews in Slack, Telegram or email, for pages where a day makes no difference.

### Views, filters and export

Filter by stars, sentiment or intent, save the view and download it as CSV with a rating column.

Coverage, alerts and cost

## Trustpilot monitoring questions

### How can I get an alert for every new Trustpilot review?

Add the Trustpilot page to one of your keywords and set up an alert rule for it. Rumoro reads the page once a day and posts the new reviews to Slack, Telegram, email or a webhook, all of them or only the star ratings you choose.

### Can I track reviews of a competitor on Trustpilot?

Yes. Any company's public page works, not only yours. Link a competitor's page to its own keyword to keep its reviews apart from yours and compare the two in the Reviews report.

### Do I need a Trustpilot Business account?

No. Rumoro reads public review pages, so you don't connect a Trustpilot account, buy an API module or claim the page first.

### Which Trustpilot country sites can I use?

Any of them. A link from trustpilot.com, uk.trustpilot.com or another country's site points to the same company page, which holds every review. Each review records the reviewer's country when Trustpilot shows it.

### How often are new reviews collected?

Once a day for each page, up to its 1,000 newest reviews that day. When several workspaces follow the same page, they share one read.

### What does linking a page cost?

Nothing up front. The first 100 reviews from the month before you link a page are free. From then on you pay $0.008 per new review plus the usual $5 a month for the keyword.

### Is the company's answer to a review included?

Yes. Each review keeps the company's reply and its date, captured on the day the review was collected, so you can see at a glance which unhappy reviews still have no answer.

### Can I get only the 1 and 2 star reviews?

Yes. Alert rules, saved views, searches and exports all take a ratings filter, so a channel can receive only the unhappy reviews while a weekly digest covers the rest.

### Is there a Trustpilot API for reviews?

Two. The Business API is a paid add-on for Trustpilot for Business customers and covers their own reviews. The separate Data Solutions API reaches any company's reviews. Either way you still build the polling, storage and alerts. Rumoro reads public pages for you and needs neither.

### Can I see which unhappy reviews nobody has answered?

Yes. The Reviews report counts the 1 and 2 star reviews without a reply, lists what unhappy reviewers complain about and shows the average rating against the period before. It's in the dashboard, the API, the CLI and the MCP server.

### What happens when Trustpilot removes a review?

Rumoro keeps the copy it collected, so the review stays in your feed with the stars and text it had when it was read.

### Does Rumoro read other review sites?

Yes. App Store, Google Play and Google reviews work the same way as Trustpilot. You link a page, get its recent reviews free, then every new one. Reddit, X, Hacker News and the other sources are searched for your keyword instead.

### Can my AI agent read Trustpilot reviews?

Yes. Rumoro's MCP server gives Claude, Cursor, Codex or any MCP client every review with its stars and reply, plus the Reviews report, so an agent can summarise the week and draft replies for you to post.

### How much does Trustpilot monitoring cost?

$5 per keyword a month, charged by the day, plus $0.008 for each new review after the free first 100. There's no subscription to cancel, and the first $5.80 is on us.
